Echte kamille (Matricaria chamomilla) wordt ook wel gebruikt als medicinale plant o.a. als kamillethee. Bloeit met witte bloemetjes met een geel hart. De ruimte onder het gele hart is bij echte kamille hol.
Buiten zaaien in september of in het vroege voorjaar, uitdunnen of uitplanten op 30 x 15 cm. Goed te drogen.
