Coeur De Boeuf De Jérusalem, also known as 'Jérusalem' or 'Jérusalem Giant', is a tomato variety that originated in Israel. The round, slightly heart-shaped fruits grow in clusters of 3 to 5 to an average weight of 300 to 450g. They ripen to a pink-red-orange colour over a period of approximately 70 to 80 days.

The fleshy tomatoes with few seeds have a delicious taste and a long shelf life. They are used in salads and cold dishes as well as for sauces and hot preparations.
