Amish Paste is a tomato variety that originated in Wisconsin in the United States. The oval to heart-shaped fruits are on average 100 to 350g. They ripen to a red colour over a period of about 72 to 85 days.

The fleshy tomatoes contain few seeds and have a sweet, juicy taste.
