Rosa de Barbastro, also known as 'Rosa del Somontano de Barbastro' or 'Rosa de Huesca', is a tomato variety that originated in Spain. The flattened, slightly ribbed fruit averages 350 to 550g. They ripen to dark pink/carmine pink with orange-yellow touches at the shoulders in about 80 to 100 days.
The tomatoes have a sweet and slightly aromatic taste. They are mainly used in salads and cold dishes.
The plants have a good yield.
