Gregori's Altai is a tomato variety that originated in Siberia, Russia. The round, slightly ribbed fruits grow to an average diameter of 7 to 10cm and a weight of about 200 to 250g. They ripen to a dark pink colour over a period of about 90 days.
The tomatoes have a delicious, sweet taste. They are used in salads and cold dishes as well as for sauces and hot preparations.
