Aunt Ruby's German Green is a tomato variety that originated in Germany. The round, flattened, ribbed fruit grows in bunches of 2 to 4 fruits and averages 150 to 500g. They ripen to a yellow-green colour with sometimes even pink spots over a period of about 75 to 85 days.
The tomatoes with firm greenish to pink flesh have a sweet taste. They are used in salads and cold dishes as well as for sauces and warm dishes.
