Andine Cornue, also known as 'Andeshorn', 'Cornue des Andes', 'Andes', 'Corne des Andes' or 'Andine' is a tomato variety originally grown in the Andes. The elongated, medium-sized fruits ripen to a red colour over a period of approximately 65 to 80 days. This variety has a good chance of enduring winter.
The fleshy tomatoes with little juice and very few seeds have an absolutely delicious taste. They can be used in salads and cold dishes as well as for sauces and hot dishes.
The plants are on average 1.8 to 2m high and have a good yield.
