Rosa De Hijar is a tomato variety that originally originated in Catalonia in Spain. The flattened, slightly ribbed fruits grow to an average weight of +/- 500g. They ripen from green to a dark pink colour.
The juicy fruits have a delicious, slightly sweet taste. They are mainly used in salads and cold dishes.
