Yellow Ruffled is a tomato variety with flattened, regularly ribbed fruits that grow in bunches of 3 to 6 and can weigh 180 to 500g on average. They ripen to bright yellow over a period of about 75 to 80 days.
The hollow tomatoes may turn reddish when they are really fully ripe. They are ideal for conservation.
The plants are on average 160 to 180cm tall and have a good yield. (Indeterminate growth)
