Pork Chop, also known as "Pork Shop" or "Big Yellow Zebra", is a tomato variety that originally originated in the United States. The medium-sized, flattened and slightly ribbed fruits ripen from green with yellow stripes to an orange-yellow colour over a period of approximately 75 to 80 days.
The fleshy tomatoes have a deliciously sweet, citrus-like flavour. They are mainly used in salads and cold dishes.
