Costoluto Di Parma is a tomato variety that originated in Italy. The flattened, ribbed fruits can grow to a diameter of 10cm and a weight of + / - 300 to 500g. They ripen to a red colour over a period of about 75 to 80 days.
The fleshy tomatoes have a delicious taste and good shelf life. They are used in salads and cold dishes as well as for sauces and hot preparations.
