Buratino, also known as 'Pinocchio', is a tomato variety that originated in Russia. The beautiful, elongated fruits end at a curved point and grow to a weight of +/- 50 to 200g. They ripen to a yellow-orange colour over a period of about 70 days.
The fruits have firm flesh and few seeds. The taste is delicious and they are used in salads and cold dishes as well as for sauces and hot dishes.
Indeterminate growth.
