Blue Pitts is a tomato variety that originated in the United States. The round tomatoes grow to an average diameter of +/- 3 to 4cm. They ripen over a period of about 70 days from green, over (dark) purple, to pink-red with sometimes light purple spores on the shoulders.
The fruits have a delicious taste. They are mainly used in salads and cold dishes.
