Black & Red Boar is a tomato variety that originated in California, in the United States. The flattened, ribbed fruits grow to an average diameter of 8 to 10cm and a weight of +/- 100 to 300g. They ripen to a dark red colour with red and green stripes over a period of about 75 to 80 days.
The fleshy tomatoes with dark brown flesh have a delicious taste. They are mainly used in salads and cold dishes.
