Akers' Oxheart, also known as "Akers' Beef Heart", is a tomato variety that originated in the United States. The round, pointed fruits at the bottom are 400 to 700g. They ripen to an orange-red colour over a period of about 85 to 90 days.
The fleshy tomatoes have firm meat and many seeds. They have an excellent taste and are mainly used in salads and cold dishes.
The plants are on average 180 to 220 cm tall and have a good yield. (Indeterminate)
