Ailsa Craig is a tomato variety that originated in Scotland. The relatively small, round, smooth fruits grow in clusters of 4 to 7. They ripen to a red colour over a period of about 65 to 80 days. This variety can easily be grown in colder areas, but under glass.
The tomatoes have firm flesh and an excellent taste.
