Golden Greek Pepperoncini are extremely popular for pickling in Mediterranean countries and commonly seen in pizzerias, salad bars and sandwich shops. This Heirloom Greek variety produces large crops of delicious and sweet long thin peppers which are commonly harvested very young at 2-3" for pickling or left to mature for salads. The plants reach around 30" and excel in colder climates with short seasons.
