Fenugreek seed vegetable BIO De Bolster (9037)

Fenugreek germinated vegetable is quite spicy and has a nutty flavour and a mild curry aroma. This sprout vegetable is easy to combine with Indian dishes.

For the cultivation of the sprout vegetable we have a very suitable germinating dish in our assortment. Growing with this dish is very easy!  The seeds have to be spread in a thin layer over the grid, then you can fill the glass bowl with water up to the bottom of the grid.

If necessary, replenish the water daily to the bottom of the grid.
Harvest: After about a week the sprouts can be eaten.
