Salsify 'VRN-Enorma' BIO De Bolster (1770)

Salsify 'VRN-Enorma' has a long root with a dark brown skin. Grow on a deeply loosened, homogeneous soil. It is better not to transplant bark. Remove the peel with a thin peeler or after boiling for a short time.

Sow from mid April to mid May at a row distance of 25 cm, earlier sowing gives bolters. Thin out in the row at 10 cm, do not transplant. Harvest during autumn and winter, hardy. Do not fertilise.
