Capsicum annuum Giallo di Cuneo This variety is known as one of the most highly prized peppers by gourmets and originates from the region around Cuneo in northern Italy. Sweet and crunchy, the yellow pepper from Cuneo – Peperone giallo di Cuneo – is a semi-early variety. It is a vigorous and very productive plant with good branching. The fruits are large with 3 to 4 lobes and their flesh is sweet.
