A very unusual and attractive translucent white Sweet pepper variety producing medium-thick fleshed, blocky fruits with a mouth-watering, rich flavor and a sweet, juicy crunch. The plants are study and 2ft high. Diamond White remains translucent ivory for an extended period before eventually maturing to pale cream yellow and, finally, scarlet-red. Stunning in salads.
