The Ancho 101 Chile is a hybrid of Mexico`s popular Ancho grande or Poblano Chile. It is 10 to 15 cm long and about 7 cm thick and has a mild heat. It is usually used green, but also tastes mature in its reddish-brown hue. The Ancho 101 Chili are usually grilled, boiled, stewed or stuffed.The Ancho 101 can grow up to one meter tall and develop a variety of heavy fruits that often require additional support.
