Rubens is a kind of sweet pepper with large, elongated, pointed fruits that are on average 20 to 25cm long. They ripen to a dark red colour late in the season. This variety is best grown indoors.
The peppers have a delicious sweet, juicy taste and are crunchy. They are mainly used in hot dishes.
The plants are about 110cm high and have a good yield.
