Capsicum annuum Cristal de Freir Genuine baking peppers - plant height 70-80 cm. Early variety. Highly productive. Narrow, elongated fruits with 3-4 lobes, smooth and shiny surface, 12-15 cm long and 4-5 cm at the base, almost pointed. Thin and sweet flesh, with a very thin skin. Red in colour when ripe. Highly valued for use as baked peppers.
