Pink Fig is a tomato variety with large, pear-shaped, ribbed fruits that grow to an average weight of +/- 350 to 600g. They ripen to a pink-red colour over a period of about 80 days.
The fruits have a delicious flavour and few seeds. They are used in salads and cold dishes as well as for sauces and hot preparations.
