Olirose De Saint-Domingue is a type of tomato with oval fruits that grow in bunches of 6 to 8 and have an average weight of 40 to 80g. They ripen to a red-pink colour in about 70 to 80 days.
The tomatoes have firm meat and a tasty, sweet taste. They have a long shelf life and are used in salads and cold dishes as well as sauces and hot dishes.
The plants are 180 to 220 cm tall and have a good yield.
