Florentine Beauty is a round, flattened, ribbed tomato variety with medium-sized fruits that on average reach a weight of about 300 to 600g. They ripen from green to yellow over a period of about 85 days. This species is also reasonably resistant to diseases.
The fruits with few seeds have a lovely soft, sweet taste. They are used for salads and cold dishes as well as in sauces and hot dishes.
The plants have a good yield and do not grow very high. (Indeterminate growth)
