Coriander BIO De Bolster (3150)

Coriander is an annual, highly fragrant herb. Coriander seeds can be harvested when they turn brown, usually around September. The seeds dry well. Use in various dishes and cakes. In North African and Indian cuisine the young leaves are used.

For leaf use from April onwards sow a row every few weeks. Annual, height during flowering up to 1 m. Distance between rows 30 cm, thin out to 10 cm.
