Garden Spinach (red) BIO De Bolster (2000)

Just like spinach, garden spinach can be prepared. This variety forms fairly high upright red leaves. Tuinmelde grows on any soil.

Sow from March in rows 30 cm apart. In order to harvest young leaves more often it is necessary to sow in a row. When you let the plants grow further than just eating the leaves (stems become too fibrous).

TIP: also suitable as babyleaf (sowing period: March-July)!
