Celery 'Gewone Snij' BIO De Bolster (3260)

Cutting celery 'Gewone Snij' is a widely used kitchen herb. This variety has somewhat coarser leaves, but is much less susceptible to leaf spot disease. Celery tolerates shade and can be cut several times.

Annual, height about 35 cm. Can be sown as early as April, but the germination time is long. At higher soil temperatures the germination is considerably faster. Keep a row distance of 20 cm and thin out in the row at 15 cm. As there is continuous regrowth one can cut from the same plants for months. The fresh leaves can be used in various dishes.
