Sprouting broccoli 'Santee F1' Brassica oleracea BIO De Bolster (1466)
Santee F1' is a compact, purple-coloured sprouting broccoli, also known as asparagus broccoli. As the name suggests, this variety has no fixed head, but loose and super tender shoots that taste delicious both raw and cooked for a short time! Besides the distinctive colour, flavour and ease of preparation, this variety also has a high antioxidant value.
As 'Santee F1' develops loose shoots and these protrude above the foliage, multiple harvests are possible. The variety can withstand moderate frosts.
