Red cabbage 'Langedijker Bewaar 2' BIO De Bolster (1510)

Red cabbage 'Langedijker Bewaar 2' is a beautiful medium sized high-round red cabbage. This variety requires a well fertilized and moisture retaining soil.

Sow outdoors in seedbed until end of April at the latest and transplant after about 6 weeks to 70 x 60 cm. Keep in a cool, frost-free place in winter, for example with the roots on the cabbage in a container with sand or hang up in the cellar, remove the outer leaves. If necessary peel off bad leaves.
