Red cabbage 'Klimaro F1' Brassica oleracea BIO De Bolster (1511)
Red cabbage 'Klimaro F1' is an excellent autumn variety and can be characterised as a good storage cabbage. At the same time it is also very suitable for the fresh market. The heads have a firm structure and a nice red colour. For a good yield, fertilise every fortnight.
The weight of a ripe 'Klimaro F1' cabbage head is around 3 to 4 kilos. Harvesting at a young age improves the storage quality. The storage period can be as long as nine months because the variety is particularly resistant to red rot.
