Kohlrabi 'Kolibri F1' Brassica oleracea BIO De Bolster (1481)

Kohlrabi 'Kolibri F1' is suitable for summer and autumn cultivation. It is a strong variety with a high yield that does well under different, also cooler conditions. The bulb has a particularly beautiful purple skin, while the flesh is white and almost fibre-free.

Harvest 'Kolibri F1' when the bulb has a thickness of 8 to 13 cm. If harvested later, the bulb may become woody, the structure of the bulb will be tough and fibrous. After removing the leaves, the kohlrabi can be kept in the fridge for a few weeks.
