Kohlrabi 'Delikatess' blue BIO De Bolster (1480)

Kohlrabi 'Delikatess Blue' (Brassica oleracea) gives beautiful blue-purple tubers with white flesh. Cooked and very tasty as raw vegetables. Fast growing crop. Do not let the tubers become too old or too big, because they will become woody at the bottom. They can be eaten raw or cooked.

Transplanting should always take place in a young stage. Because kohlrabi is not sensitive to overshooting it can be sown quite early. Sow indoors in a greenhouse from March, transplant from April on a planting distance of 30x30 cm. Fertilize well.
