Lemon Grass is one of the essential herbs in the Asian cuisine, the leaves and stems of lemon grass can be used fresh or dried for their distinct lemon flavor. It also makes a wonderful ingredient for hot teas.   A tender perennial the plant is clump forming with leaves reaching 3 ft which fall over at the tip.  Best grown in a container to enable it to be moved inside over winter.  +-100 seeds
