Lemon balm BIO De Bolster (3080)
Lemon balm is a perennial, hardy herb, whose lemon scented leaves are often used for tea. The leaves can be dried, as long as the leaves are cut off before flowering. In the second year the plants start to develop strongly. To dry, cut off the leaves before flowering. The first harvest is only the following year!
Height during flowering up to 60 cm. Sow in May in seedbed and transplant in September to 30 x 40 cm.
