Broad bean 'Express type' (Eleonora) BIO De Bolster (1210)
Broad beans 'Eleonora' is a professional variety of De Bolster. This broad bean has a good production. The pods are shiny, long and quite fine. The Eleonora is short and therefore not sensitive to falling over. Eleonora is a strong crop, also suitable as a wind shelter for other crops. Grows on any type of soil and makes little demands on fertilizer. Excellent taste and very suitable for freezing.
Broad beans have a good cold tolerance. Can be sown locally from early March until mid April. Extra early sowing is possible in February.
