80 days. Tsakoniki is a real treasure from Greece, where eggplants first entered cultivation in Europe.  The elongated Tsakoniki fruits are slightly curved, run to about 7/8” long. Tsakoniki are very beautiful, being purple with lovely white striping. The 2 to 3foot plants are vigorous and the stems and flowers are beautifull purple.
