The Siberian Apple tomato is a tomato variety that originated in Russia. The apple-shaped fruits sometimes run to a point. The fruits grow to an average weight of +/- 40 to 120g and a diameter of +/- 4 to 7cm. They grow to a red color with yellow stripes over a period of about 80 days.
The fruits have a delicious, slightly sweet taste. They are mainly used in sauces and hot preparations.
