Eva's Amish Stripe is a tomato variety that originated from the Amish community in Pennsylvania in the United States. The large, flattened fruits are on average 300 to 450g. They ripen from green to bicoloured red and yellow over a period of about 80 to 100 days.
The tomatoes, type of beef steak, have red and yellow marbled flesh. They have a sweet taste and a balanced acidity.
The plants reach an average height of between 1m80 and 2m40.
