Kale 'Roter Grünkohl' BIO De Bolster (1455)

Kale 'Roter Grunkohl' has beautiful purple-red leaves. The colder the nights, the more purple the leaf. It is a late variety that tolerates frost well. The red kale requires the same care as its green brother. Sow in May in a seedbed in the garden. Sow close together before cultivation and transplant after approx. 6 weeks with a distance of 65 x 50 cm. Harvest November until the end of January.
Attention: Pigeons, hares and rabbits love young cabbage plants. Therefore cover them with gauze or cloth.
TIP: also suitable as a babyleaf (sowing period April-August)!
