Hot Lemon is a hot pepper variety that originated in Ecuador. The fruits are about 5 to 8cm long and +/- 1cm wide. They ripen from light green to yellow in about 85 days.
The plants grow to a height of about 60cm and have a good yield.
The fruits have a pure, fresh, citrus-like taste and smell. They fit very well in warm preparations such as vegetable or fish dishes, but also in fresh salads. Scoville: +/- 15.000 - 30.000
