Spinazie 'Winterreuzen' BIO De Bolster (1935)
Spinach 'Winter Giants' is the classic winter growing variety of spinach. This variety has large, dark green leaves and is very resistant to frost. In summer it shoots quickly.
When sown in late summer and autumn (August to October) the spinach can overwinter. Harvesting is then possible from October to January. Can also be used for early cultivation from January-February.
TIP: also suitable as a babyleaf (sowing period: February-October)!
