Beefmaster is a tomato variety with large, flattened fruits. They ripen to a red colour over a period of about 70 to 80 days.
The beef tomatoes have a delicious taste. They are used in salads and cold dishes as well as in sauces and hot preparations and are ideal for canning. Also highly recommended in sadwiches.
