Sunflower as a sprouting vegetable has a delicious nutty flavour.
We have a very suitable germinating dish in our assortment for growing the sprouting vegetable. Growing with this dish is very easy! The seeds have to be spread in a thin layer over the grid, then you can fill the glass bowl with water up to the bottom of the grid.
If necessary, replenish the water daily to the bottom of the grid.
Harvest: After about a week the sprouts can be eaten.
