Alfalfa sprout vegetable is one of the most famous sprout vegetables with a rather mild taste. The sprouts can be eaten as a garnish or with cheese.

We have a very suitable sprout vegetable in our assortment. Growing is very easy with this dish! The seeds have to be spread in a thin layer over the grid, then you can fill the glass bowl with water up to the bottom of the grid.

If necessary, replenish the water daily to the bottom of the grid.
Harvest: After about a week the sprouts can be eaten.
